Task:
We need to required to observe, measure, identify and draw 2D Drawings complete with specification of the given task below:
-Select minimum of 2 combination of materials of any type of Staircase
Requirements :
• To produce Plan, Elevation, Section & 2 Blow-Up Details
• Use an appropriate Scale 1:5, 1:10, 1:20 or 1:50
• Produce on a A3 size Cartridge Paper using AUTOCAD software
• Drawing must be complete with Title Block, Specifications & Appropriate Dimension

PROJECT 2
Scenario:
‘Adaptive reuse is the process of taking an old building or site, and reusing it for a purpose other than it was designed’.
This assignment requires us to record the existing condition of a selected adaptive reuse building, recognize the existing building services system and produce a set of as built drawing and a report. It aims to provide an overall understanding of the significance of the services in the existing buildings and the importance of an integrated approach to service provision. The objective is to enable students to produce documents on the integration of the various services’ systems and technology related into a series of as built drawings in reference to building by laws.
In groups, we have to prepare documentation and measured drawings report of a site lot building selected. We need to include the following items:
I. Introduction to the Adaptive Reuse Building: History, old and new function
II. Drawings- Plan, Façade Sections & Series of Details – determine the existing materials, sizes, and methods of joining III. To study and record the existing building structure (to submit the copy of the video through online), construction details analysis and the different systems of services
IV. Using UBBL as guidelines for analysis
In this project, our selected site is Muntri Mews which is located at Penang. For my group, we were assigned to complete the drawings and building of Muntri Mews by using Revit software.

INDIVIDUAL TASK
For the individual part, we need to select, measure and draw detail drawings from the site given based on the group task. We have to measure the actual size and convert to 2D drawings technically individually.
